Refund policy

Refund Eligibility

At FleurTrend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items are eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging included
  • Proof of purchase provided

Final sale items (marked as such on product pages) are not eligible for refunds.

How to Initiate a Refund

  1. Contact customer service
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Complete the return request form
  4. Print the prepaid return label (where applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • International customers may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable
  • Refund timing depends on your payment provider's processing time

Exchanges

We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following our refund process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We may require photographic evidence and will provide instructions for return or replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider
  • Verify your account statement
  • Contact our customer service for assistance

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
