Shipping Methods
FleurTrend offers multiple shipping options to ensure your fashion items arrive safely and promptly:
- Standard Shipping: 5-14 business days
Shipping fees vary based on your location and selected method, calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. During checkout, you may verify if we deliver to your location.
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties which are the customer's responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You may track your package through our website or the carrier's portal.
Shipping Restrictions
Some destinations may have restrictions on certain apparel items. We reserve the right to cancel orders to restricted locations.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply) or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
Damaged or Lost Packages
While rare, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
