User Agreement

Limitation of Liability

FleurTrend shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Product quality issues beyond our reasonable control
Delays or failures in delivery by third-party carriers
Inaccuracies in product descriptions provided by sellers

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content on FleurTrend, including logos, product designs, and website content, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users may not:

Reproduce, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
Use our brand name or trademarks without authorization
Reverse engineer or copy our website functionality

Unauthorized use may result in legal action and account termination.

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items with original tags attached. Refunds will be processed as follows:

Full refunds for defective or incorrect items
Refund of item price (excluding shipping) for change-of-mind returns
Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through the following process:

Direct negotiation between parties within 30 days
Mediation through a neutral third party if negotiation fails
Binding arbitration if mediation is unsuccessful
